We usually prevent this by moving the loader away from the wall slightly before entering. But with trying to prevent the bread from rolling over due to low clearance, it's difficult to eliminate all the potential mishaps. | 2017-06-26 | Oven | 12-door loader needs a new canvas. Front end of loader is bent from crashing into the window on the third deck, while raising to the top deck. I recommend moving the sled stopper out slightly, since there is so little clearance when raising and lowering the sled. Hopefully it won't get hit by bread racks moving along the side of the MIWE oven; so maybe the stopper cannot be moved. Also, I don't know if this is related, but we have less vertical clearance going into the bottom of the 12-door: even relatively flat loaves get scraped on top going into the bottom. | 207.00 | 1hr | complete | |
| 2016-10-07 | Oven | The loader hits the doors sometimes when lifting it up due to how close the loader is to the doors now. We have knocked doors right off a few times. I think if we can find some strong thin Magnets to attach at the end farthest from the oven that it will stay in that position till the bakers are ready to load. Hope this makes sense.
