Describe the problem:
Repeated complaints about how loud the paper towel dispensers are in the bathrooms in the Bake building. I know there is concern that if we take them down it will be difficult to get them back up on the wall but this is a multiple times a day Code Red we are hearing from students and customers. Thanks.
