Describe the problem: 
Flour dust is coming out from underneath the top cover when the mill is on. Upon inspecting, we can see that the seal under the top cover has partly come off and is also stuck to the metal sleeve. It needs to be re-attached.
Notes: 
We need the repair first thing in the morning please so we can mill for Pastry and Bread.
