Describe the problem: 
Pastry dish room floor has two holes that need to be patched. please do this either early in the day of later. (not during peak production hours). It is currently a safe issue.
Notes: 
Filled holes with hydraulic cement. same repair done twice recently. temporary fix. new floor planned for future.
