Describe the problem:
Oven keeps randomly dropping temp. We'll reset and it will go back up but a few hours later it drops again.
Notes:
inspected; found off cycle damper closed. adjusted to proper spec. post test still intermittent failures. cleaned and rebuild burner unit. found spark unit out of spec by just a little bit, and air switch wired to be bypassed. Gas valve was adjusted to 4.2" W.C. (spec: 2-4" W.C.) Adjusted spark unit, re-wired air switch, adjusted gas pressure to 3" W.C. Adjusted primary air damper to position 3. Post check; blower motor occasionally pops thermal protection switch. other than that, good.
