Describe the problem: 
I believe Amy B wrote a WO for the long sheeter by the mixers but I wanted to follow up. There is a gap between the rollers and the blades causing doughs to wrap around the rollers and tear.
Notes: 
Inspected. Found cast stop for scraper lock worn off sheeter frame. Cast aluminum, would need to contract a welder. Resolved by adding material to scraper lock arm instead. -MB
