Describe the problem:
Once a cycle is finished the cutting blades are not receding back to flush with the surface of the bottom plate.
Notes:
This was noticed after a thorough cleaning, and two operating cycles were performed, again the cutting blades are not receding all the way. This causes the rolls to stick to the plate. There was an audible clicking noise as well at the end of the cycle, that I hadn't noticed before.
