Describe the problem:
The Erika done doesn't stay shut 100% of the time when in use. The wire seems to get bumped and then it will act up. Once you shake this wire the door stays closed. How can we make a connection stay 100% like it used to be.
Notes:
Team is notified to not put hands into machine while the machine is on. We wait a few seconds before turning off to see if it will run by itself. Then proceed to turn in off and retrieve the plate out of the machine.
Additional, We haven't experienced the Erika running by its self, but we will keep an eye on this issue still.
