Describe the problem: 
The rise cycle has lower pressure than its supposed to be by 5. The overflow pipe also sprays water out the top during rinse cycle. Possible blockage?
Notes: 
Rebuilt back flow and replaced pressure regulator. please be advised that it is 20psi + or - 5
