Describe the problem:
This oven makes an odd noise when you open and close the door- feels like something is resisting. Also the top piece that you load baking racks onto will not stop in the correct position. If the timer is not going and has completely stopped it should line up so that you can easily load and unload the rack. It stops off-center. Also seems loose. It is still usable but would be best to fix before it gets worse.
