Describe the problem: 
The old Revent went off as though it was done baking after 1-1.5 minutes when it had been set for 16. It did this twice in a row before we switched to the other oven. The temp also dropped (though that could have been due to door openings and steaming twice in a row [since the bake had ended before the delay, we re-steamed]). I turned it off and then tried again an hour or so later, and it went off after just a minute again, so we stopped using it.
Notes: 
Found loss wire and repaired and reset. Tested everything seems to be working fine now.
