Green wire rack in dish room

Describe the problem:
the green rack that holds the dirty dishes has two wheels that keep popping off. We clean it in the LVO every night and the wheels come off every time we load it into the LVO. Can they possibly be reattached in a more secure fashion? Thanks!

Let us know if the posts needs cut down to fit through the LVO opening.
