Describe the problem:
mixer side sheet made a really loud noise toward the end of assembly. It happened when we decreased the number to a lower setting while sheeting croissant dough during assembly. It happened twice, and it was when the numbers were lower, probably below 10. We were able to get the noise to stop after opening the dial wide. Machine works, just thought it would be good to take a look at it.

most likely has to do with clutch gears, of which I will be installing all new in the coming weeks/months
