Describe the problem: 
It seems like the oven is not heating up as it is supposed. Today, I used a heat gun to get the temperature of the stones while the green olive focaccia were baking. The oven was on for 3 hr 15 min before we started the bake. The bottom deck was around 420 F, while the top decks were in the 380 F range. I plan on testing the temp again with an empty oven as well.
