Describe the problem:
Gap between the two blades at the corner, and a gap between the tape on the pads, are combined creating a consistent string of plastic from that corner.
Also, today it developed an incredibly consistent hole in the middle of cross seal 2, which is the seal made after the item being wrapped is inside the machine, specifically by the left side of the cross seal blade. The hole has been very resistant to settings based changes. Paradoxically, cross seal 1 is still working consistently, and the hole is only ever on seal 2 (despite being the same blade making two seals. My suspicion is that the blade or the inner side guard have come loose after initially being in a good position after the blades were replaced. The other part of this work order requires adjusting the blades anyway.
