Describe the problem:
I heated up soup in the microwave in the corner by the wall today. Even though the timer stopped, and I opened the door, the plate was still spinning and I can hear the typical whirring sound when the unit is normally on to heat up something. Can you please check to make sure that it's operating normally, or at least, there are no safety concerns?
