Describe the problem:
Please replace missing screws for drain cover on side of LVO. Safety Hazard without them. Ideally phillips style since that is the screwdriver the cleaners have to use to remove them to clean the drain. (Or provide a flat head screwdriver the cleaners can have with their drain tools).

So i found the weirdest solution and it is just flipping the grate over. With the grate flipped over, it doesnt seem to have the same wobbliness as before and is very sturdy AND easy to remove.
