Water in Rack Washer needs changing. Visibly soiled- see pic. In the wash tank at least, the rinse tank looks better.
I see an older preventative maintenance work order from 1/6 for nearly the same thing. We have in our sanitation program that the interior of the rack washer is cleaned weekly. The last record is from 1/14.
