Describe the problem:
Hi, the Right Door to the Cake case had fell off the tracks. Both doors do not close properly which causes air to get through the cooler. This also causes the temperature to change and also it has damaged our product. The door has fell inside of the cooler. Doors are very hard to open and hard to close.
