Describe the problem:
The set screw which holds the bar that tents the film before the blade is stripped to the point it can’t be tightened fully. The bar itself is slightly too small for the mount so it has a tendency to droop down too far and catch items when it isn’t properly tightened.
The blades could probably use a more thorough cleaning / inspection for wear now that the holiday is over, and the pads have a pretty deep groove from usage.
The machine also needs the monthly cleaning under the feed belt to remove built up glaze / crumbs.
Notes:
I put a different screw in for a temp fix to secure the bar and left a screwdriver to make adjustments.
