Describe the problem:
Today the safety sensors for the side seal blade guards kept being tripped falsely. After sealing, the lights on the side seal switches would indicate that they were detecting a block, and would trip the safety warning while the blades were still fully up. This would happen directly after sealing something, so the machine would run normally briefly and then suddenly stop sealing and throw up the safety alert.
I adjusted positioning of the springs on the guards slightly, and it didn't do it for the second half of the shift, but it was very persistent up until that point so I still would like it to be looked at. We also noticed for the last couple of days the machine seems to be sealing 'harder', so it might be the guards are being shaken more than usual.
