GMP Inspection: Glass light bulbs stored above pastry freezer are not secured to prevent foreign object hazard. Bulb visibly hanging over hallway on 8/13 and near freezer door 8/19. Please close up boxes securely and store away from edges to avoid glass contamination in food. PICS ATTACHED
