Describe the problem:
Please hold off on swapping the side seal blade until after Easter. We're running it hotter than we'd prefer to, and the dead zone on the left side of the blade is problematic, but otherwise it's sealing well and seems to be stable. I'd like to wait until we're past the Easter rush / American Spoon Cakes / Sour Cream Coffee cake Promo before we change it around again.
