Describe the problem:
The performance on the cross seal dropped badly after the blade was cleaned by maintenance most recently. It's been having consistent issues ever since. We noticed the blades are no longer at the same height as each other (one is slightly higher) and they no longer meet each other at the corner. The tape on the pads was replaced, but the pads themselves have deep grooves in them, we flipped the cross seal pad to reduce this, which helped but hasn't eliminated the issue.
