Describe the problem: 
oven #2 is not re-firing and dropping in temp.
Notes: 
Today it dropped 100 degrees within 30 minutes of a baking cycle and then again 50 degrees within 7 minutes of a baking cycling and needed to be manually reset. We will be very busy next week and likely need all the ovens. Thank you!
