Describe the problem:
When the Shrink Wrapper is first started, or left idle for more than a few minutes the following happens when the machine attempts to seal:
* The machine makes a pneumatic click sound
* The blade doesn't move
* After a moment, the screen displays the seal bar jam error, even though there isn't a jam, and needs the cycle stop reset button to be hit
It occurs pretty consistently, but we haven't found a consistent way to clear the issue. We've found that bumping the guards, opening and closing the door to reset the pressure, and hitting the manual seal button more rapidly seem to make the problem work itself out, but none of these solutions work consistently. The issue doesn't persist for long, usually taking us less than a minute to resolve, but it happens pretty consistently and has been a mild annoyance for about a month.
