Describe the problem: 
the oven will occasionally turn oven racks slugishly and occasionally stop all together as if it can no longer turn the oven rack. It happens sporatically but it has been reported at several times.
Notes: 
Made adjustments to pulley and belt on top of unit. Should be good now.
