Describe the problem: 
I left the old large cookie machine drum (for making large cookies) in your office. It does not make 2 equal sized cookies. It makes 0.20#, then 0.25# alternating. The 2 sides of the drum do not dispense the same amount of dough. Not sure if it is a spring issue or other mechanical issue but we need to remove it from the kitchen until it dispenses the same on both sides. It should not be used as is.
