Describe the problem:
On the cross seal, in the area around the 20 width mark, the blade is failing to fully cut / separate the plastic. Problem started today.
Around the 20 width mark there appears to be some plastic buildup which we haven't been able to get out using our standard blade cleaning procedure. Also I don't know for certain if it impacts performance or not, but the height of the two blades isn't aligned.
The pads have also gotten worn out; there's a distinct groove running down the center of each where the blade has been hitting them. The tape is also somewhat worn out and discolored.
