Describe the problem:
Top wall fan in Delivery stopped working after a very minor bump. Discovered exposed wire on cord. Cord has been damaged due to location on wall creating pinch point with fan frame. After cord is repaired can you move the location of cord farther down to eliminate this pinch point to prevent this continuing to happen? Fan unplugged with sign to stay that way until repair.
