Describe the problem:
We've had some racks sliding occasionally in oven #2 for the past week again, not as badly as it was previously, but it seems like it could be heading in that direction. The door also has to be dangerously closed again to get the spinning apparatus to the correct height (I think these are two sides of the same problem, the height is wrong when the door is shut and it's spinning, which causes the sliding).
