Describe the problem: 
We were cleaning the fan covers and noticed the fan was itself off, and there is a funny nut to hold it on, we tried to put it back on twice with the nut and it will not stay. Please re attach with a better nut that will hold it.
Notes: 
The fan and the current nut I will leave on the desk where I sit in the managers office.
