Describe the problem: 
Our AC unit does not appear to be running properly or at all. Monday 7/10 Alex and I noticed the temperature was 74 despite the unit being set at 70, and Tuesday 7/11 I noticed a clicking or dripping sound and the temperature is now at 78.
