Describe the problem: 
Paper towel holder needs to be better secured in Delivery Room and/or replaced with one without a lever. Any time the lever is moved to get paper towel the entire unit shifts back and forth on the wall. This is not only annoying, but not very food safe as you need to basically recontaminate both of your hands to get the paper towel out of the dispenser.
