Describe the problem: 
The step ladder used by the Bread staff to hang canvases has a couple of screws coming out and one of the rungs is bent. The ladder is typically stored behind the new Revent oven by the moulder. I am not sure that it's safe to use it as is. Can it be repaired? If not, maybe we need a replacement.
