Adding to Katrina's work order for additional information:
The thermostat was set to 72, but was reading at 76. The room was quite warm and buttercream was too soft to work with. The consult room was also warmer than the rest of the room; it doesn't seem like the vent in the ceiling is doing much to regulate the temperature in that room. I turned the thermostat down to 67 to try to get some cool air through the room to avoid any issues with custom cakes and the room only cooled to 72.
Notes:
Checked the supply registers in the ceiling @ 08:05 the temperature was 51.3 degrees. I lowered the thermostat setting and will monitor the temp throughout the day. The system is operating normally.
