Help me understand why you decided to write a work order for this issue without putting a bucket under the leak and writing a note to use another sink??? I simply cannot comprehend your actions. I can't understand how the strainer basket and tailpiece are moving and coming loose causing a leak. It seems to be a continuous issue, I would have to say that something is hitting not only the sink itself, but also the drain below the sink. Use care and caution when you're anywhere near this sink and drain.
