Describe the problem: 
Pastry Oven #2 door/rack lifter needs to be adjusted. The door has to be most of the way closed to get the lifter to release and get a finished rack out of the oven. It is really awkward and dangerous to maneuver a double wide with a hot door mostly closed behind you.
