Describe the problem: 
mechanism that spins the rolling racks won't rotate. Oven turns on and heats up but won't spin once started.
Notes: 
Looks like the belt came off on the top of the motor. This belt looks like its in bad shape and needs to be replaced soon. But the oven is working just fine now.
