Describe the problem:
inside the cover of large erika there is a rectangular piece of plastic that has a screw loose. this is the same part we were having trouble with before. it sometimes prevents the machine from running.

Ed installed a new screw. As usual, try to be extra careful taking the cover on and off for cleaning since the poor design makes it easy to knock the sensor
