Describe the problem:
Douglas Washer soap not working properly. DEMA Machine does state "Wash Trigger" but no water flow to soap dispenser during wash cycle. Therefore, cannot properly remove allergens- ATP swab verify issue. Sign on machine for folks to manually prime soap until it can be fixed. Manual soap prime does work.
