Describe the problem: 
It is by the wheel on the side, where it looks like about 4 tiles were replaced a while ago. Please replace buckled one, its half inch inch buckle up, had very hard time moving it to clean underneath. It is the shrink wrapper, the big black end part, with the wheel side that is closer to conveyor belt.
