Describe the problem:
The 9Door thermostat temperature reading has been fluctuating a bit, Today it dropped from 450f to 210f in just a few minutes. Normally the temp will drop 35f just post loading or so, and it was a normal load as they go (good steam etc.)
This doesn’t seem to be a firing issue, I checked the temp with the temp gun and it didn’t reflect the posted temperature it was within 30-40f of the set temperature. The bottom deck seems a bit cooler but still temps within the above range
