Describe the problem: 
The piece that lowers from the ceiling (?) of the oven is not lowering enough. You have to open the door ALL the way and even then you have to lift the baking rack slightly to push it in.
Notes: 
Inspected; found rack support shaft sticking to sides of bore. Lubed shaft.
