We need to install a drink shelf in Pastry please. I'd like to shift the apron hook to the left so it's behind in door for the manager office. Then install a hefty drink shelf in its place. Can we strategize this is the next week? The rest of our holiday crew will arrive on the 17th so we'll need it up and functioning by then. Thanks!
