Describe the problem: 
I tagged another bread cooling rack. I think it has yellow tape at the top. This one is very difficult to move because one wheel looks bent, so it wants to move sideways when you're transporting it. It requires two people to get it between Bread and Delivery. I'm afraid we'll have bread fall off.
