Describe the problem: 
the pastry blow torch does not stay lit. This new style does not seem to stay lit when we use it. It is a problem even when the tank is not on the empty side.

I looked at the torch and it works fine. I think what is happening is that when the torch is turned upside down or at an angle greater than 90 degrees the gas begins to liquify. When that happens it will sputter or even go out.
