Describe the problem: 
Pastry Dish room floors are severely pitted/damaged in front of LVO, threshold of egg room, and where the wall was taken out. Previous violation on our last FDA inspection having floors that are not smooth and easily cleanable (in Bread bucket room) So i'm guessing we'd get hit for these floors.

Need discussion on closing down pastry dish area for a two days
