Describe the problem:
As you may be aware, the lock on the door of the rack wash building doesn't seem to be functioning properly. This morning I had to key in several times before it opened the door. Other times, I have seen the door not fully closed or locked because it seemed like the lock was not fully engaging when the door was just left to close on its own but not pushed in. Thanks!
