Describe the problem:
Fans in cooler #9 have dust/debris on them and it's getting on the food. Please clean, ensuring all the food is either completely covered or moved out of the cooler during cleaning. Before 8 AM would be ideal.
I'm imagining this should be on a schedule. Maybe monthly? We can see how long it take to build up again. Maybe this can be a Day Cleaner activity in the long run.
